A small selection from Silverstone over the weekend:

    Shaven by dankellys, on Flickr

The Red Arrows by dankellys, on Flickr

    Mclaren by dankellys, on Flickr

Unfortunately, I was shooting at the exit of Becketts through a massive thick fence, so most of the shots of the cars on track turned out horrendous, but I have managed to save a couple in photoshop. Was quite pleased with the Red Arrows shots I managed to capture though.

    Re: Photo-a-day

Cheers mate, that was one of my favorite shots from the whole day. My technique let me down with the cars on track (first time shooting motorsport), so only managed to save a couple (from about 600!!), so I was pleased to see the red arrows shots had worked well.

It's cracking, the background really makes it more interesting and moody.

You should have a play at using a high gloss / incandescent print process, would look great.

Thank you! Think I will look into getting a print of it, would be a shame for it to just sit on a HDD.

To err is human. To really foul things up ... you need a computer.
