    RMA Question

    If I have to RMA a graphics card for the second time, do I have to pay for the post? From when you count the 28 days, sorry I'm confused. Thanks in advance.

    Hi,

    If the replacement has failed within 28 days from the original return we would normally offer a collection. If it is after this time then we would ask that you return the card to us at your own cost.

    Hi and thanks for responding; this is the history of my card: first card arrived on the 24th June 2009, it was DOA. First RMA issued on the 26th. I got the replacement on the 13th July 2009, it failed on the 6th August 2009; second RMA issued on the 6th August, at the moment the card is 'at suppliers'; so Has my replacement failed within 28 days of the original return?.
