First of all you ship me a DVD player with no remote (October) then you wont give me one so i have to come on here before i finally get one that was this year now when i get the remote i find the player is faulty so i request an RMA which was granted, So i return the player and Next i get an email saying that yes it is faulty and We can confirm your returned goods have now been fully processed and replacements issued / refund authorised that was the 13th its now 2 weeks later and nothing including 3 emails that have remained unanswered.
