My personal information yes. I posted it meaing I didn't mind.

You have no right to remove my proof that the item was roughly 9 months old before leaking.

I want you to call me.

    Re: RMA Problem

Simple fact is you can't replace the original item I brought from your website
This is not correct and I have confirmed we are still waiting for an ETA, I know the product is NOT End Of Life, I understand you have been informed it is but the manufacturer has informed me directly this is not the case.

Wesley can confirm the Market Value refund amount for you and I am still working with the manufacturer's / suppliers and our Purchasing dept to confirm an ETA for this part.

    Best Regards

    Re: RMA Problem

This is total madness. How dare you send me an email giving me a refund of £20 when I have not even accepted that. Disgrace.

    I'm phoning you now.

This is what got me rattled,

    Re: RMA Problem

Paul from XSPC has told me he's informed you that the res's are back in stock. I'm just wondering though, what's going to happen as I brought the item as one, i.e. pump and res as one. Does that mean I'll still receive it as the originally purchased – LN 24385?

    Thanks,

    RoEy

    RoEy

The LN 24298 has just been ordered and is due in tomorrow/

This can be coupled with the LN 32083, we already have in stock

Once fitted together this gives you an LN 24385

    Best Regards

Thought I'd treat myself to a TFC Quad radiator. Should get it tomorrow from yourselves. When will the pump/res be likey to get to me?

    Thanks,

    Re: RMA Problem

Well I received my tfc quad radiator 10 mintues ago and I'm not happy. There's a dint on the side of the radiator, towards the bleed valve. So I don't know if it's been dropped or its a result of poor manufaturing but I'm not happy about it. Especially seeing as it's an expensive radiator. The fill cap looks like it's also been burnt and there's scratches all over it.

What can be done about this?

Plus, I'd like somone to inform me when I'll receive my pump/res. I'll hopefully have my PC back up and running by Crimbo.

    RoEy
