I have cancelled my order about 5 days ago and as of yet had no refund or no information as to when I will receive it. Please could you let me know when this will be? Bit disappointed about having to raise this as an issue, the customer service up to this point has been faultless. Surely refunds should be issued as soon as the order has been cancelled (reason I had to cancel was due to item not being in stock even though your site said it was in stock). If you could look into this and let me know I would be grateful.
