    concerns about DPD

I know it's almost christmas and I know that there has been some snow in the area (fyi, which disappeared a week ago), but my parcel just won't arrive.

I suppose I'm not expected to stay in my house from the point I receive the order dispatched confirmation, am I?

the problem is that my delivery is 3 days late and now I did not receive the text regarding to the hour slot. (the tracking site says it's out for delivery though)

so can you pls check what time can I expect the parcel to arrive?

    nevermind....it has been signed for....

    Re: concerns about DPD

According to the DPD website, a lot of delivery hubs had major backlogs and it was taking longer than usual to get the items onto the delivery vehicles. I'm guessing that's probably the issue you had with them :/
