    Box opened and damaged

    Hello

    Following on from this thread.

As stated in the title the box is both damaged on the one side and the bottom of said box had been opened. It looked a remarkably clean split on the packaging tape that was holding the bottom closed. The DPD driver confirmed that the box contained only the case. I gave him a copy of the invoice to go with his notation of the open box.

    Regards

    Re: Box opened and damaged

Quick follow up the top was open too. Looks like compression caused both ends to burst open. That would be consistent with the damage to the side of the box. Which looks all pushed in with one medium sized rip in the carton side. The case is perfect. Which is the main thing so all good as far as that goes.

Am I meant to just write off the two items that are missing?

This wasn't because you posted on the forum, it was because we have to check things not only with you, but also with the courier service and this can take a little time when trying to investigate these damage in transit claims.

    Best Regards,

Thanks Lee@Scan - any news, since that initial flurry or communication (two emails)? I have not heard much since.
