Placed an order yesterday, all paid for. Item should have been arriving tomorrow I believe according to postage information but it hasn't been picked yet.

Is it a slow day today or something?

The old "no stock" situation has bitten me on the arse, it would appear.

I've emailed David with a proposal - hoping there's something you can do to avoid me having to go elsewhere, since I can't wait a week for a replacement.

I was trying to buy a 2TB samsung disk for my server - I've run out of storage space

I've been offered a couple of quid off a far more expensive drive, which is better than nothing but I'm still a fiver worse off and we've now missed the cut-off point so it's going to be a day late at best.
