Delay time scale on RMAs?

What sort of delays are there at the moment clearing the back log?

Hey guys, being without your primary hard drive is bad enough.

When the shop you got it from announces that the ENTIRE returns department is closing for 3 weeks and to not bother sending it in until the 4th is worse.

Then having to wait a further week after its been recieved and failing to get even a ETA on current RMAs is just pathetic.

While I understand that answering all quieries would consume the time of those working on it, a sticky keeping everyone informed in one post would help a lot.
