Refund taking a while to appear?

I received an email on the 7th saying my RMA had been received and a refund was on its way, an email on the 14th saying I had been refunded, and an email today saying it had been completed.

I've not seen any money in my account though, so what's going on? And what does completed even mean? Surely when the money was returned on the 14th that was the RMA completed?
