Guys have posted also on the SCAN2HEXUS Free Shipping forum but no response has been fourthcoming so I'm posting here in the hope someone at Scan can help me please.
Not only have I lost the free carriage offer but now I can't even log in to my Scan account at all, keeps saying 'account not found' as soon as I've entered my name, postcode and password etc?!?
Was hoping to place a big order over the weekend and I'm gutted that I still can't log in to do so
Really hoping it can be sorted out on this morning before the today only prices are no longer valid!
Can someone at Scan help Please!
