another delayed order

hi . ordered parts on monday 9am and got a delivery date of wed (yesterday) got email yesterday saying delayed order blah blah but nothing else saying when i will actually recieve it. its now thursday and im im still at stage 2 of the process "ie my money has been taken and clearded " and thats all , the whole point of ordering from scan was because of past orders being dealt with professionally and quickly even if delivery was a little dearer , any help in this matter would be appreciated .....thanks
