recently, my 1 month old Abit IP-35 PRO turned up it's toes & died ( stopped outputting a signal to the monitor ). i RMA'd it, complete with all its cables & mobo accessories to scan, who found a fault with the board & replaced it pronto with another IP-35 PRO.
now, when i received the parcel & opened it up i found that all they'd sent me was a replacement board. they'd kept all the cables/driver discs/manuals/io back plate/mobo accessories etc. they'd just sent a mobo, on it's own, in a battered Abit box.
so within minutes of me recieving the replacement board i shot a query off (...) to scan & got the following responce.
XXXXXXXXXXXXXXX,
I have made the returns department aware that you are missing the accessories for your motherboard. I will get them to forward the missing items to you as soon as possible. Best Regards Scan Computers
