Delayed order notification :(

Hi

I placed 3 orders with 3 companies on monday morning (Scan, OcUK and Aria) by tuesday i had received my orders from OcUK and Aria but i'm still waiting for Scans. I know it takes two days with Scan so i expected it Wednesday, but it's now Wednesday and i'm still stuck on stage 2 (money taken).

I rang customer services today and was told that there's been a delay because they've been very busy but i should get an email tonight and my goods would be delivered tomorrow (Thursday) but i haven't had an email.

I really need this order before Monday, had i of known it would take this long i wouldn't of placed my order with Scan.

Can someone from Scan help please?

PS. i asked and all goods were in stock and the order was complete and just waiting to ship.

It may still be with you tomorrow. This has happened to me where i have not received an email stating awaiting despatch / Despatched and i have still got the goods. See what happens tomorrow, you may get the goods. You should do if you ordered on monday anyway.

Only problem no one will be home after 8.30am although citylink are usually with us before 8am!
