    scan support number? wrong order

    Hi

does anyone know the number for after sales queries?

I received my goods today, however I think i've been given the wrong items.

I ordered an Antec 300 case, which arrived albeit the packaging looks broken, havent opened it yet.

and i ordered a Processor and a Graphics card, but instead I have an LG box which says Blu-ray disc rewriter and HD-DVD rom drive

Ive looked on the scan site and all they have is that email query thingy, which will take a day and I want to check out if its the right ot wrong order today.

    Anyone know the phone numbers?

    Thanks in advance

In that case i would send them back and ask for new items to be sent, that are in the correct packaging.

If it's OEM goods, they don't have boxes usually. Perhaps it's just packaging to keep the items secure.

Re: scan support number? wrong order

There both retail goods, also they came in there own boxes as in the manufacturers packaging, BFG and Intel.

But for the delivery rather then in a plain delivery box, i think scan just used boxes from left over stock or something, to stash the two into one box for delivery.

Is that something to be concerned of?

Re: scan support number? wrong order

    No mate,

SCAN are simply reusing boxes instead of binning them.

In that case i would send them back and ask for new items to be sent, that are in the correct packaging.
The items will be in the original boxes if there not OEM and SCAN usually re-use boxes.

yea, deliveries of goods to us from supplier...example...12 x retail dvd drives....we save the box they came in to reuse for packaging/boxing up customers order...nothing sinister!
