Angry Have Scan RMA testers nothing better to do ?

Well I have to say I'm fuming...... The WHOLE RMA procedure is a total FARCE.

I request some info about RMA'ing my MotherBoard on THESE VERY forums and the post is answered within 2 minutes.

MAD !!! I couldnt speak with RAGE !

The mail with the RMA info comes through 5 minutes after I request it. I was just having my dinner for christ's sake.

Scan again showing no consideration to the customer. One spoiled chicken and Ham Panini.

Will Scan reinburse me for this ? They better and I want the full cost of the Panini or a like for like replacement........

Then the real SHOCKER ! CityLink really turn up when they said they would and pick my MotherBoard up !! This is NOT a natural state of affairs. I've since seen my Bull Mastiv sleeping with our cat !!

SCAN THIS IS YOUR DOING !!!! I want payment for destroying my dogs manhood !!! ( doghood or whatever )

Well could it get worse.... Yes....

I check the CityLink website to find my Motherboard had not been delivered.... Fantastic I think. At last some normality.

    I check my emails .....
    .
    .
    .

    NOOOOOOOOOO !!!!!!!!!!

My Board has already been tested !! BEFORE IT HAS ARRIVED !!!!!!

    A FAULT WAS FOUND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

NO NO NO NO NO NO NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    IT WILL BE REPLACED !!!!!!!!!

AND A NEW BOARD WILL BE WITH ME IN THE NEXT COUPLE OF DAYS !!!!

Scan !! You are SCUM !!!! I'm not ready for my new board !!! I want to be able to MOAN !! GRIPE !!! COMPLAIN !!!!

    AND

Have phone calls... But no. I'm denied all this. I see other customers get it !

    WHY NOT ME ?????

    Cracks another Stella..

    Oh

It's not very often in this day and age you get excellent service. Especially from a large company like Scan.

I find it very refreshing. I also believe that good service DESERVES recognition and thanks.
