Wasn't sure where to put this but I didn't recieve my goods on stated day whats more I checked online and they said they attempted delivery 14mins ago and left a card, did they heck, I've taken the day off of work to make sure I was here. waste of time and money, I phoned up and they asked me if I had a white front door, when it's brown so they attempted to deliver to the wrong address they then check to see if h can come back, apparantly in 14 minutes he's drove back to Okehampton from Cornwall, I went on to ask how this was possible considering I live 1 hour 20 drive away, the customer 'service' representative then hung up on me. I've had goods coming with city link before and had the exact same problems. Poor show on city links behalf, followed by a very rude rep hanging up on me. I realise this is not Scan's fault but would like to point out that it is very frustrating and that no company should have a service rep who hangs up on customers.
EDIT: Finally got through to them to try and re-arrange delivery, got through to a woman named Janine, who was very polite, agreed with me that being hung up on was out of order and I'll hopefully have my item tomorrow.
