City-link reference not working

I ordered an XFX Radeon HD 5750 the other day and I got an E-mail saying that it'd been successfully shipped. It gave me a city-link reference to track it, but it doesn't seem to work. It just says 'There are no records that match the information entered.'

Anything I can do?

If it's from today, as we explain on our homepage, and on this forum - we've not been able to despatch any orders because of the weather.

The refference you recieved will be for the collection tomorrow morning - and should be with you on Thursday.
