My post wasn't messed up, I quoted the answer's already provided to the questions repeated.
It seems you are picking at anything and to be honest what ever I say or we do won't be good enough. There IS plenty of information about the weather via the news section you just click " Latest News ".
You agree now the Delivery section is a suitable place to put information about delivery but back in post #21 you asked...
Which was answered by reply....why would a customer who has used the site many times use the delivery info to find out about the news of delays?
In addition there is a link directly from the News section and the delivery section of our site, to the DPD site for the latest information and this has been there from the start of the delivery issues due to the whether.
I will also ask for this to be put on the TO page as it's true this page is book marked, this is a good suggestion.
I'm not going to nit pick any further about the updates, everyone knows about the delivery issues and the information is very clear on our web site in appropriate areas and we do expect the daily updates to be checked as that is precisely why they are there, if they weren't the feedback would be " why are they not there ".
If you personally have an outstanding delivery issue please raise it via the After Sales section so we can look into it.
