City link delays?

Hi i was wondering why this was included in the shipped email:

Dear Scan Customers, Due to severe weather conditions Citylink have advised us there may be a1-2 day delay on all deliveries. We'd just like to ask for everyone'sextra patience over the next few days. Please be assured we're doing everything we can to minimise delaysas much as possible.

Is this for the storms from last week? Or is it new weather issues?

It was from the storms last week I do believe.
