..... thats because you can't. Infact you can't even justify taking peoples money without having the goods.

I'll be contacting Protx to ensure they don't deal with you if i can. The sooner muppets like you fall of the face of the planet, the better.
How Mature. You dont even know who Alex is and are not in a position to make a defamation like that. I'd be extremely interested to have the details of your order so i can at the very least inform the people on this forum that your points are in fact false.

Alex is meant to be you, as in that account we assume which is why he posted with it. Read his posts above. I wouldn't say it's defamation it's pretty much what happened to me too. In stock items (so your site says) order placed, wait quite a lot of days watching the item still stuck on "Printed" status. No replies to my cancel this order please email, having to resort to dispute with paypal. I was told (In my email asking why it's not been shipped) that nowhere on the site does it say the order will be shipped out soon. Well I can see that now even home ebayers ship it out quicker than you and even the classifieds users here do faster delivery

I can appreciate that in your case you werent dealt with quick enough but lets be fair Home Ebayers arent shipping hundreds of orders a day or trying to manage a catalogue with thousands of products in....

Now i'm not saying we are perfect and in your case i'm very sorry to see that your issue wasnt resolved promptly but its a learning process and we are improving continually.

But what we are Certainly not is Con Artists or muppets! And i'm sure you can understand that this a slur on ADMI as a company.

Yes there is ways to avoid VAT but they're illegal, could result in a spell in prison and I doubt very much that the moderators of this forum will condone them.

will certainly be staying away from this company. The representitive in this thread has done nothing to restore my faith. Sounds like another Eclipse to me, they do the same stuff.

Re: Anyone used AWD-IT (HDMI Ltd) shop on Ebay?

Just for the record , I also have bought from them guys too ( Directly not via Ebay ). I received probably the poorest service I have ever come across.

I ordered a Thermaltake Toughpower 850w PSU ( current ) that was in stock. I even phoned them first just to check as i had not dealt with them before.
They confirmed it was stocked and it would be delivered in a few days. Those days passed and nothing arrived. I contacted them via email with no success. I also attempted to phone back and found it extremely hard to get through to them. Two days later i got an email saying that there was a mistake and my item was not stocked and they would send it out ASAP as the ETA was about 7days away. I decided to wait the time. Nothing, bearing in mind i had already paid them for the PSU.
I ended up waiting 4weeks for it. I still do not know to this day why i bothered with them and did not get a refund.
I sent in complaints via email explaining how un helpful they were in my case and the constant lies made it hard for me to ever go back to them or even recommend them. They replied basically saying , " you got your psu , what more do you want ". I was fuming ...

To this day I have never gone back and do not recommend anyone go there either. Scan is the best place to go now days.

Just goes to show that a flashy Name(AWD- IT) and website image don't make up for customer service...
I think the computer Hardware magazines(and any other magazines for that matter) should be advised to Remove the AWD-IT adverts to prevent fellow enthusiasts falling into this trap...

Re: Anyone used AWD-IT (HDMI Ltd) shop on Ebay?

As has been explained before mistakes were made and are being rectified and improved its a learning process. We certainly arent another Eclipse and would appreciate not being tarred with some elses brush.

I'm sure that all the people in this thread have never been in a position where they have made mistakes and have unfortunately let people down you all are perfect i'm sure.... What none of you seem to take into account is that there always has been and always will be orders and deliveries that go wrong, the task is to try and minimise these errors. Why cant we talk about the thousands of satisfied customers that we have had that dont frequent these boards....

pc_geek - I'm sure magazines will listen to you and your bad experience and remove anyone paying good money to be there on your say so... There wouldnt be many adverts in the magazine if they did this as Dabs, Scan, Ocuk etc all have people saying the exact same thing

Re: Anyone used AWD-IT (HDMI Ltd) shop on Ebay?

Oh realy??? I Guess that's why some of them have been awarded best seller status 2007, 2008 etc. When they have problems, they don't fob people off. Everything gets sorted(Usually next day) and you know where you stand with them...
You guys... ^^ need i say anymore Just cos you pay money to advertise you think you can then treat customers how you see fit. Your attitude says it all!
And yes, if enough of us advise magazines to stop showing your adverts for the above reasons then they will. You guys are no better than fraudsters and liars.

Feedback seems to show the same pattern as here

    http://feedback.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayIS...ab=AllFeedback

Granted it's not all of them but I'd also point out that the neutrals also seem like negatives to me.

Do not go near this company with a bargepole, they are rubbish, unprofessional, uncaring, dodgy volatile pricing, ie ordered an item, after confirmation the price was hiked over a tenner !! PS still have not heard a dicky-bird about current order they dont like customers !! AVOID !!

Re: Anyone used AWD-IT (HDMI Ltd) shop on Ebay?

Yep another unhappy shopper here, ordered from their online shop on the 21/12/08,phoned them after the new year to see if there was a problem, was reassured that the item would be picked up by royal mail on the 5/1/09 and be delivered by today 7/1/09,guess what no delivery, phoned up today and was told that it was posted today and i should recieve it by tomorrow as i'd paid 1st class recorded, asked for a tracking number, the guy said he would email me it by 6pm as it was on another computer, you know whats comming now,yes no email and to make matters worse they've now blocked me from accessing my account.
So i think an email to them canclling my order is next followed by a phone call tomorrow, then i think i'll be getting in touch with Trading Standards because it seems like thier selling things they don't have.
In five years internet shopping this has been my only upset.

You paid for 1st class recorded, on the 21st of december, and they said it's be despatched on the 5th of january, that's messed up already
