I did (Fulham Fan) and have to say Liverpool are looking very good now (especially since our old manager left you ) Unhappy with the result but entertaining match for sure.
No i didnt go to the fulham Game. LAst football match i went to was England Egypt Last year. Family commitments and financial constraints make it hard to go, And i wanna take my son and the wife wont let me yet says too young at age 6 gotta wait a couple more years.

Definitely looking a class act now. Kenny Dalglish has a way of making them play well, (Fingers crossed he gets new contract)

Was a shame about Roy i hoped he'd do well at liverpool but always looked out of his comfort zone unfortunately And joined at a horrible time too club in so much turmoil

Im and arsenal fan, and obviously dissapointed with how our season has turned out, for the second season in a row, we have bottled it . we baddly need a leader in defence, plus a keeper & striker (van the man cant do it all).

think cesc will go in the summer to, hopefully someone will step it up.

fair place to man utd this season though, jammy wins while playing not so well, its how its done to be fair.

Huge result that is. Lets see if he can mount a challenge for the top four next year and then title at some point soon.

Re: Premier League 10/11- Discussion Thread

Well im well chuffed with Utd winning. Sure we didnt play great but what can beat our home record?

All the other teams seemed to fall apart towards the end except man city unfortunately who seem to be getting better.

Dont think chelsea should of sacked the manager though. Says a lot about that club. Now they will get another manager and it will take another season for him to assert his roll.

Roll on barcelona. I dont think we WILL win but i do think we CAN win if we play our best, because at our best we can beat anyone.

Re: Premier League 10/11- Discussion Thread

Arsenal totally arsenal'd this season. The annoying thing for me is just how familiar it all feels. Apparently we are to get rid of lots of players and bring in quite a few new faces, so I really hope this makes a difference to next season.

As for Man U, I really hope they beat Barca at the weekend. They are irritating (I can imagine how people think about Arsenal now).

Re: Premier League 10/11- Discussion Thread

That's interesting, I have heard a few fans now saying they want United to beat Barcelona. I wonder if that's the feelings of many non-United supporting fans. I hope so anyway, Barcelona need bringing down a peg or two.

Re: Premier League 10/11- Discussion Thread

I Don't want Man U to lose. However i sat down to watch the 1st leg of madrid-barca and was hugely disappointed at the match. They rave that barca are the best i wanna sit down saturday night with a nice glass of whiskey and Really Really wanna see Them at their best. Hopefully Man u will turn up too and make a game of it

does anyone else have a feeling that a certain person we cant mention may end up having some very big part in this game (fa cup semi against arsenal once springs to mind)

Yeah I'd put money on him starting. Regardless of what has happened recently in his personal life, United need him to put in a performance he has produced on many occasions in the centre of midfield this season. We are talking about the same person aren't we? Ha.

Re: Premier League 10/11- Discussion Thread

Baca and Man utd, one set of soft multi millionaires divers/actors against another. An irrelevant game for true football supporters, much more interested in the league one and championship playoffs this weekend. Think Reading may just do it, looking rather impressive last few games leading to play offs.
