    Overclockers UK Welcome back offer

Overclockers sent me an email, offering me 10% off my next order before the 30th August via a special code. That could mean that a 24" PVA monitor would cost £180... I have a feeling that if I do take them up on this offer I'll have something new to whinge about on here.

    LOL

Well I ordered a memory stick (128MB) from them a few years ago. Placed an order about two years ago, thank God I managed to cancel before it got shipped.

So I'm a bit disappointed I didn't get the welcome back email

Guess what? I blocked OcUK mail from my mail box. They could offer 99% off and I still wouldn't bother.

Uh oh... Overclockers UK. I guess that 10% helps to meet the prices of other retailers... great!

They will still make a profit... so it would be very silly to help them do that

......and when you have to return the "new" product you just purchased you will spend that 10% in messing around and wasted time.

I have used them 4 times.....

4 times they have made a mess and I have had to get a full refund. The last time I used them it cost me 2 memory sockets on my P5W-DH
