they know what they;re doing anyway
last update before i get my baby back
well today was buffing and finishing today.. the inside pics all seem to be work in progress pics and the ones outside look close to the finished product
Before anybody asks the white stuff on the windows is G3 and not paint so will come off with some washing
Another big thanks to gaz & robin what more can i say?
Here come the pics!
Im picking her up tomorrow and I just cant wait!
well shes back in one piece all tucked away safe in the garage
took a few pics before she went away though apologies for the quality though
she needs a good wipe down in the old engine bay and a week to harden and then a little t-cut and she'll be perfection (until the rest of the mods )
again massive thanks to robin and gaz fantastic job guys
MAN that looks good
I love looking through the thread and watching it progress, really good job mate
Keep up updated as you keep the car updated!
Very nice mate. I had my doubts, but you've won me over.

Please say whatever wheels you select will fill those big hips

you should have censored out the wheels too until you changed them, apart from the weirdness of that its coming along very nicely

Its still there hardening in the old garage and i cant wait until i get to drive her around properly
Looking good, but a bit high? What are you doing with the suspension?
Been following this thread for a while now and i applaud the time and effort gone into the project it must be great to see the finish line. One question though please tell me you are going to smoothe out the bit on the bumper / wheel arch, pictured, it would look soooo much nicer that way, imho.
My picture editing skills areny up to much but you get the idea.
just a quick update!
the handles are done (thanks dad) and ive dropped off the headlights for the clear lenses to be fitted and wingmirrors for spraying in the same colour as the handles.
here are the handles...
its a nice deep yellow which seems to match up to the decal swatches ive got quite
nicely!
and the mirrors are stripped down for spraying
still plenty for me to be getting on with next week!
