I did have a look at your suggestion and I may purchase some from RS.
The only thing is I have purchased a selection from ChilledPc and I am using that first.

Was that because you happened to have them, I wouldn't have thought having them both sides would have added much (apart from noise)?

The fans will be run through a fan controller, so noise will not be a problem.
As for the quantity of fans, I have seen an improvement (not a massive one) when running fans in a push/pull configuration.

Interesting - I wouldn't have expected much improvement in air flow.

BTW - I ordered some of the braid I mentioned in the earlier post (I tghink I said that I was only pointing it out as a possible alternative source). It looks good - very tight mesh, and it expands well to the extent that it will probably slide over some small connectors. I bought 3mm and 5mm, which worked out at just under £1/metre - so I can recommend it with confidence!

Thanks for the update. My braiding is going well and I have almost finished.
Will be interested in seeing how it turns out.

Yes, it's cheap braid that's not meant for asthetic purposes, it's kinda industrial stuff. The wires will often be visible through cheaper braid, that's why I told him to stick with Chilled PC's stuff.

    Re: The 'STY' 4 4

Due to Christmas & the snow I have not had a lot of time to do any updates to this log.
Now things have become less hectic, I can start again

My last post showed the case I am using.
    A MountainMods Pinnacle 24 - CYO

    Quick reminder

Even though this case is very big, I don't think MountainMods have ever built a system inside this case. Therefore I had to redesign the back panel.

The more observant of you will see the power supply has now been turned through 90 degree and placed in the bottom.

    Re: The 'STY' 4 4

From the previous photo you can see the rads have been fitted.

A XSPC RX360 with duel YateLoon fans fitted for the graphics cards

    and

A ThermoChill PA120.4 with a set of YateLoon's pulling air through and Xigmatek's on the inside.

This will be used to cool the CPU.

As you can also see I have also fitted the fan controller and DVD drive.

These have also been stripped down and powder coated in a textured black.

    Re: The 'STY' 4 4

As you can see I have removed my GTX280 cards from my old setup. (Did not want to change these yet, going for 300's when they are out)

The red is from my old coolant (feser one, red)
This red was through my whole loop and had turned into a sticky polymer, that had covered everything.
So had to remove the front of the blocks and give it all a good clean.
Rebuilt the blocks and fitted onto motherboard.

New Sli nozzle kit fitted but still some staining on the edge of the acrylic.
