I have a nephew who is around 6 years old and likes to play PC games. Last time I downloaded disney Cars Radiator Springs PC game which he enjoyed and was wondering any other PC game that you could recommend me that would be suitable for kids around his age?

At that age they probably dont mind whether its old or new.
I'd have thought something like Theme Park World/roller coaster tycoon/theme hospital, Worms/Lemmings as mentioned before.
Some of the Lego games are great, theres also a few Sonic games which werent too bad on the PC.

How about the Toy Story 3 game? It's out on all formats, including PC, and by all accounts while the story mode is a bit of a failure, there's some good stuff in there (in fact, this review said "not only is it a good take on the film, it's actually a very enjoyable family game in its own right, and one that's deserving of recommendation.")
Might be worth a look, although of course, probably not all that cheap. Not as expensive as the console versions, at least!

tbh my 5 year old (little girl btw) enjoys playing UT3/mod nation/wipeout HD/some fish game/
So basically if they like the game and you think they can play it (or like mine are sure that it wont scare them) then show them some games and ask which one he/she would like to play? it might take awhile for them to learn how to play but once they have the nack of it, best be prepared to leave your pc for the kids lol
