    Audioslave - Cochise
I'd vote the whole album if i could, but this was one of the songs released and probably the one you're most likely to have heard.
If you can check out the album, do - there isnt one bad song on it.

This isn't so much obscure, more a case of "where is that tune from?" Especially as it has re-surfaced again. It get's used now and again, and it's one of those pieces of music that stirs something very deep.

Hanz Zimmer - Now we are free.

It's not rock, it's not classical, it's just beautiful! (IMHO )

The Amazon clip is carp. So I hope you don't mind, here it is used with some beautiful cinematography! (The only place I can find without pointing to dodgy MP3 sites)

    Low Bandwidth High Bandwidth

PS Zedmeister - I had a listen on Amazon, like the sound of Butterflies And Moths off that one

S'good, no? To be honest I rate the whole album. Full of uplifting sounds, mellow beats and excellent mixing of samples...

Think I'll recommend Neurosis - "Burn" this week. Taken from the 2004 album "The Eye of Every Storm", "Burn" is a surprisingly upbeat track from this doom/epiccore band.

This week im gonna pimp a band i've been pimping for ages, Breed 77, They're getting far better live as of late and since being on the main stage at download they've started to gain a wider fan base.

No samples of this track on their site so heres the music video -

    A Perfect Circle - Imagine

Its a great cover of the John Lennon classic, but done in a much deeper and I guess morbid and twisted way. Has to be listened to really, iTunes have it in their store (with a free preview). Loving this track at the moment, so much emotion in it without sinking to emo levels, keeping in tone with A Perfect Circles general 'style' if you can call it that

Jeff Buckley's Hallelujah was on the OC, beginning and end of series 1. One of my most favourite songs ever.
