It's worth it.
There's more to it than just nicer graphics.
You've got non-linear single player a la Far Cry, but vastly improved with the different modes of the nanosuit and the weapon modding. There's vastly more environment interaction that's more than just window dressing.
The MP has a several modes with an ETQW style objective based team session that's bloody great, especially as certain objectives give the team access to new weapons etc.
All in all... yes, it's going to be very much worth it.

Could that be why the Single Player demo isn't already out - they were waiting for nVidia to release drivers?

Well, it appears the demo won't be out tonight unless you're defo a pre-order customer of EA's. The rest of us will have to wait till tomorrow.
Also, lots of reports of it CTD'ing directly after the first sequence. Doesn't bode well. :/
