    had some trouble getting it going with my vga monitor, kept minimizing - working on DVI now iv made it primarary!!!

    god knows didnt try it without. but on my setup (see <--- ) it runs everything but the scripted sequences very very nicely at 1280x960, apart from needing a touch of AA which i think would kill the framerate its very very nice looking.

    edit: and clocking my gfx card back up (since i installed a new driver its all default) will help


    edit again: the palm trees snap wherever you shoot them ahh the little touches. the guys face a the very start.. i thaught it was CGI

    edit again again: 8800gt, a "tide me over" am2 mobo, an x2 of about 3ghz and some ddr2 are on the shopping list this is so immersive. it makes far cry look as dated as it is put it that way
