Damn I loved that game... really, really loved that game. I think I must have played the final battle too many times as my parents got used to the classical music played in the fight!

I'm gonna hunt that one down on eBay or something, and a PS1 memory card JUST to play it again! Wicked!

I own that game, and ive never had any kind of playstation.
    Thats how good it is.

Another PS1 game : Circuit Breakers.
Its a racing game, Micro Machines style, and it simply rocks. Ive not played it in some years though, but it was great when you had 2/4 players all together.

Hehe, you got the PC version? I've just noticed that also on eBay, but I want a PS version so I can play it at the same time as doing other things on the PC, like playing WoW.

    Multi-tasking and multi-talented!

I got 2 copies of the PC version
Ones even got the huge box with it, just saw the same one go on ebay for about £50 !

I spent ages hacking away at the FF7.exe to get it to work with PSF files (the proper playstation music files) as opposed to the crappy midi's it shipped with. I lost the exe and the programs i used to do it though . There is a tut on the web for it somwhere.

Also own the offical, first pressed edition of the soundtrack

Thats what I did. Game from eBay, purchased a few memory cards, and I've been playing it since.

It has single handedly stopped me playing Gran Turismo 4, Metal Gear Solid 3, GTA: San Andreas and Viewtiful Joe, all top PS2 games.

It is the RPG daddy of all daddies.

Hard to say, I like giving games that didn't make it a second chance.
I bought Fantavision today for £3 from cash generator, its quite good fun for a wee bit of puzzle fun. Cheaper than the official mag too.

Grandia 2 although a really bad conversion from the Dreamcast is genuinely good if you can look past the graphics. Soul Calibur 2 can also be bought for much cheapness these days. Also I'd rate Tony Hawks 3&4 higher than the Underground nonsense that followed them. Ico is supposed to be good if you can find it.

I have MGS3 and it's been rated by most of the reviewers as the best in the series

MGS1 is great, because I don't think that the PS1 could handle all these overly-bloated dialogues that ruin the 2nd game. I know that certainly they added a lot more dialogue to the GC remake of the first game and everyone I know who played it said that they preferred the original.

Snake Eater... I just can't get into it.

GT4 is boring unless you are yourself a car bore.

    Vice City Seems fun.
