That's the point though isn't it? Knee jerk reactions are all that's left to try because planning and trying to understand the situation have failed. Things are getting out of hand without anyone really understanding why.

What is there to understand about the situation? Bulling has happened for as long as we have been around. New technology just makes this more accessible to others.

If youtube was closed down, they would wither just fall back to 'conventional' methods, or find other ways.
