Being told that I'm going to Tanzania for two weeks at the worst possible moment, when we are moving house the next month and my wife is panicking. Even Zanzibar will be tough to enjoy, knowing that my wife will be fuming like badly-mixed nitroglycerine.

If I were to truly say what I hate, mainly it would be "I hate the fact that there are people suffering around the world, and we have the power to do something about it but no-one does"

Typically I receive loads of negative feedback on that point, but in my opinion (and this is personal to me), it's true. We spend money on things we don't need, yet we never think to ourselves "there's so much that other people truly need in order to hold on to their lives".

I hate how people don't realise this.
