Code Name Wild Geese (not to be mistaken for the excellent The Wild Geese of course) ought to be a contender. So too should Commando Leopard, though they're largely the same film!
Doomsday was also, IMVHO, one of the single worst films I've ever seen. Worse than Narnia.
Most of these films are bad I agree but I'd like to throw something like the new Prom Night or One Missed Call into the mix. Truely I would rather blow my brains out than watch that again.

God its awful... complete lack of plot the the thing that really really makes me cringe is where the woman befriends the predator, it makes her a weapon and she gets an acid burn on her face as a trophy... stupid film.
Highlander: Endgame. When you're using repeated footage of the same swordfight moves all the way through the film to pad them out, you should know that it's time to break out the Paxo.
My Little Eye. I thought that I hated Blair Witch until I'd seen this crock of ****; I then realised I'd felt a mere twinge of dislike.
I mean, there are crap straight to cable movies on Sci-Fi and what have you, but they're often good for a laugh , so I generally am not hard-hearted enough to include them in my turkey category. I tend to despise the hyped crocks of **** (MLE) and franchise abuse movies (H:E) most.
Aren't some of you guys being a bit unfair...? Ghost Dog and Little Voice might not be to your tastes but they're good films! I'd never put them in the same category as Ghost Rider, which I saw half of once...

quite right - the story and/or pace may not be to your liking but there's plenty of merit in both those films

I don't think it's fair to rank them in the worst. Butterfly effect was interesting and most of their films are pretty easy if al little brainless to watch. You need to pick a movie which actually hurts to watch, and for me, they aren't.
But wouldn't that rule out Sin City? I really enjoyed that!
