    the manager will try and protect his job so he may well tell the truth rather than be caught lying, besides managers rarely get on with staff in those places so that might be a winner

    Update ::

    I wasn't able to get hold of the police that are dealing with my assault claim (not answering phones) so I went along myself to see what was going on. No word on whether CCTV in buses have brought anything up yet as far as backing up my story. so I was given a road accident form to fill out and put assault on it with crime number and traffis support unit go over it and see what to do as its indicative of road rage when they see both reports.
    so saddly I don't think i'll be able to get him on assault. but a traffic violation or two wouldn't sit too nicely as a company driver now would they?

    Did you say earlier that his co-driver made a call or a statement? How could he do that if he didn't see what was going on? Why not make a complaint against him too? He may have screwed himself up and dropped himself in the sh*t by doing that. Besides, if pressure can be brought to bear on him....well, no honour amongst thieves is there?

    Divide and conquer mate. Good luck. Had my own share of white-van-man incidents (including one last night) so it would be nice to see one of them go down.

    finished writing police report a few days ago but I've been away so haven't handed it in...but I will when I can. If I handed a form in to a police station down in somerset about something that happened in london would they bother with it or should I just wait until i get back home? [taking a needed week off at mo]

    also - planning letter to DFS head office and telling they they employ cr*p drivers, don't do criminal checks and basically are cr*p in general, and that I'v told all my friends who will tell their friends and their families and thier friends and thier families etc. NEVER to purchase anything from DFS ever on account of my experience with one of their drivers. I think I might even write to some paper if they'll listen.

    That f***ing moron should be shot. What a bloody lunatic.

    Drivers do not treat cyclists as road users atall and it pisses me off (also saw your other London Bus accident after searching). Council's have all these cycle to work schemes, they'll make cycle lanes (which are abused by motorists for parking) and then if something happens you can't go anyway and the police don't give a toss.

    Then drivers claim that cyclists are bad road users when often they themselves are and only a small percent of cyclists are - the others abide by the highway code.

    On a slightly lighter note, reminds me of the film Duel. (http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0067023/)

    Referring to your post shiato (no.28, don't use soap, that will lubricate and hurt less than a mace

    Just read post 44. So sorry to hear that, bastards should be *insert something very angry here, can't think of something*. They should be carted off to Siberia to build Magnitogorsk.... had it not been built already. And shouldn't be fed, and if they don't work, whipped heavily.

    Another lighter note.... sell your story to the Sun

    Any news, doubt it, but what happened (know you're way atm - ofcourse not the one you mention with this thread being old)?

    P.S. This was written in stages of time as I read it, so some of it might not make total sense.

    I've given that up, this was purely cause I'm interested in what happened.

    There's also a search button for a reason, find out stuff that may have been mentioned before.
