We acknowledge the passing of astronaut John Young at the age of 87. He is the only astronaut to have flown during the Gemini, Apollo and space shuttle programs.
He was the pilot on the first Gemini mission and commander of the first space shuttle flight. He commanded the Apollo 16 mission and walked on the moon during it.
He joined NASA in 1962 and retired in 2004. May he rest in peace

RIP fast Eddy I feel honoured to have seen the original motorhead lineup play at Torquay town hall in the late 70's just thinking about it is making my ears ring! OH god were they loud and I would not have had it any other way.
Fast Eddie was the last of one of History's best. It's hard to imagine music without Motorhead.
No matter what happened after them, these boys drove a big truck through metal
