    DavidM,

I've used the free delivery option in the past....

However I want to order something now and don't mind paying delivery (since I've not been about much due to female intervention in my life!), yet I don't seem to be able to select an option to pay for the order!

I'd ideally like to keep the free delivery option open for future use if need be, but I don't want to get hammered because I've been unable to keep up the post count.

Replies on a postcard to the usual address please!

Just chiming in to say thank you so much DavidM, I have made use of this offer like 20 times already (always £20 plus ). My debit card hates you as does my cupboard full of computer stuff....

    Three cheers!

    Guys,

I speak to the SCAN dudes daily and I've just found out that some people are taking the mickey and placing tiny orders. (And by tiny I mean tiny)

So just to reiterate, DON'T be a berk and place a sub-£20 order.

From the few examples I've just heard of, it'd probably be cheaper for SCAN to just credit your bank account with a couple of quid and you go buy the product elswhere.

    Let's keep it fair, huh?

SCAN offer very competitive prices which become even more attractive when you factor in the free shipping... It's not too much to ask that we all try and keep our end of the bargain and keep the orders over £20 ex VAT.

    Cheers,

    Nick

I've used the free-shipping offer twice now for post £100 orders, and it's a great.

    Really good value

I feel guilty if I dont spend at least £50

Scan is often cheaper than eBay and lowestontheweb, when you add free shipping, it can be a big difference. Next day shipping even, not this 3 to 5 days nonsense. Not to mention the customer service and effort they put into EVERYTHING they do.

In short dont take the piss

Nice big order going on monday for me

    Hi DavidM,

I can't get my hexus account associated with my scan account. I've just tried to PM you the detail, but your account has reached it's limit.

    Can anyone else help?
