mate when did you sign up for it - if you did it today u need to wait until after midnight

It won't let me sign up. I get the following on the sign up page.

I didn't think my hexus and scan accounts were linked because when I log in to my scan account it still shows carriage costs in my basket.

I'm confused about the second account. I don't recall creating it?

I did orginal wait 24 hours after getting over 25 posts but I have now had over 25 post for a few days now and it's still saying I don't have enought posts.
