Have spent industrial amounts of money at Nero over the past few weeks, but as me an EvilWeevil were discussing, we need our coffee. Almost every Tuesday, Thursday and Friday go down about 3:30 till 4:30 four our espresso spending spree.

I found these evil disgusting adverts:

advertisers are scum. almost as bad as starbucks coffee.
admittedly, once you add 3 extra shots of espresso and tell them to use full-fat milk, their lattes taste okay, but then you also do break the 3 quid barrier. when coffee costs more than a pint of beer, you've got real issues.

actually - think about it this way. they both help you to cope with work pressures, both are a relaxing beverage, both go exceptionally well with cigarettes. Join me on my campaign - replace starbucks with beer - make the office a happier place! infact, replace the awful filter coffee machine that i've got, with a little homebrew microbrewery. Excellent!

lol - too funny. reminds me of easy...anything. infuriating how stelios is able to force people to believe that the word easy is automatically owned by his group of companies regardless if whether they existed before his companys' group of brands did.

i guess he who packs the biggests lawyers wins (and a very good reason of why the europeans should stand up to the damn yankees over the right to patent software or software processes)

I'm going with Starbucks. I don't know, I just like their coffee more, especially their Frappuccino.

i went for starbucks, we don't have a Nero up here

There are some good indipendant coffe/teas houses here though, also have a few Costa's which aren't as good as they used to be. Starbucks do have the best iced beverages by a long margin though.

Nero's without a doubt! Not only do they make better drinks, they are cheaper than Starbucks.
However I have to say Starbucks seem to have a slightly better selection of snacks and drinks.
