Ted - Hollywood movie that was actually funny for a change. Bit rude in parts though! Also it's got Flash Gordon in it - what's not to love!?

Watched Wreck-It-Ralph and loved it. Deteriorated a bit in the second half but lots of references in there.

Just watched OldBoy (the original Korean version). Certainly the best film I've seen in a few months!

Re: Your most recently watched movie/film?

I watched 2 films this weekend:

Bridesmaids: Actually a completely different film from what I was expecting. I thought it was going to be a Hangover-type boozefest, but it was actually a quite thought-provoking film. With filthy gags.

Stitches: A comedy-horror slasher with Ross Noble. Bad, but knowingly bad. Quite amusing...

Re: Your most recently watched movie/film?

Watched the Evil Dead remake last night, thought it was decent. It's mostly jump scares but there's some really gruesome moments which was nice.

Not a patch on the original although the Mrs prefered the new one.

Cloud Atlas - it's received some pretty bad reviews (I'm told) but I rather enjoyed it. It's a very long film but an interesting one, nonetheless.

Edit: I've not read the novel.

Dredd - Raid Redemption meets 2000AD and a very enjoyable marriage it is. I reckon it would be good in 3D given aspects of the storyline.

Watched 'The Contract' last night. Morgan Freeman and John Cusack..what could possibly go wrong?
Appallingly cliche filled film, absolutely terrible. 2/10..(2 for the scenery.)
