Just got all the parts for my new build today... built it all the way up to cable'ing the motherboard... and my PSU cables don't reach some parts of the motherboard or my dvd rw/hdd just a warning to those who intend on buying a case where the PSU sits at the bottom... have just ordered the extensions offline, won't get to see my new pc in action until friday most likely..

ya i have decided not to buy a case which seats a psu at the bottom or unless i get 850W Akasa AK-P085FG-BKUK PowerMax 2x35amp on 12v gaming PSU, extra long cable for tall cases. or similar psu's.

i put my corsair hx620 at the bottom of antec 182 and it wasn't too bad really, not such good luck for the op though

Antec 182 and a OCZ 500w.... probably should have spent a bit more on the psu... but... its killing me just looking at the stuff there and not being able to use it i will have to put up with my 1.8ghz 1mb monster for a few more days .... plus the scythe was a hard thing to install ...

My OCZ has crazy long cables, they easily fit. What did you get, the stealthXtreme?

yup.. should have probably spent extra 20-30 tbh at least my RMA'ed assassins creed hasn't come back yet from play... that would kill my soul not being able ot play it

My case looks a mess with all the cables. Some of them are stretched so far I can't even tidy them (too tight to move lol ). I don't really mind though, I'm not into the whole modding scene lol. Well, it annoys me that the mobo light is red, which doesn't match the blue led's on the fans XD.

RMA'd my RAM. And XFX decided to send me a free copy of Lost Planet and Company of Heroes...just for the hell of it haha...woohoo.

I would stay away from Akasa PSUs I have had 2 fail on me in the past 12 months.

Ha, knowing my luck if I started tidying it I would mess up and not know where to put one of the cables back into or something. The only way to really do it is to take out all the cables and do it from there, really, meh, aint worth it .

Antec p-182 and Corsair HX 520, the 4 pin mobo connector came close but all's well.
Very good case and very good PSU.

It's good if you want nice airflow inside your case

My HX520W fitted fine in my Antec P182, if you mount it the right way up the cable bundle from the PSU is nearest to the rear side panel, the 4/8-pin leads just about fit when feeding it behind the motherboard tray. No idea what OCZ looks like but could be similar.
