thats what i did at the weekend, i got bored and decided to strip everything out and have a tidy up. i should have waited a few weeks really cos my TRU120E's due soon (wooo f***ing hoo), but i should be able to install it without taking the mobo out, might be a bit tight tho :S, but there should be plenty of room looking at it now

the bays are looking abit empty

edit: maybe i should have taken the side window out :S

my mount is screw in, n you only need the backplate for the pushpin ones, otherwise the screws have nothing to screw into

nothing for the screws to screw into if you take the pushpins off

has screws so the TRUE screws can go right in

My heatsink fan is covering one of my RAM slots... just wondering actually, can you mount the heatsink fan on any side, or does it need to go on 1 specific side due tot he airflow?

It can go on any side by design. It's best to have it facing out though, which in the 900 is from the bottom up or where you have it now

I have it on the side.
So is it better if I have pointing to the bottom of the case?
That means I could access RAM (there is none in it at the moment ), without be scared of knocking the heatsink off

Aha, AM2. For some reason I looked at your PC's photo and assumed Intel.

If it's normal size RAM you can just lift the fan up a bit higher, i've done that before.

I would point it up towards that 200mm fan if it's an antec 900. You'll be trapping the air around the gfx card if you point it down and it will also fight against the 200mm.
