    There isn't a huge difference between 7800gt and 7900gt.
So it really comes down to price.

I would go for the 7900gt though, as rad said there isn't a huge difference between them, in performance and price...but go for the best one!

If you already have a 7800gt, then I don't know whether if it is worth the trouble.
However, on the other hand if you have read some review that says the MSI brand overclock really well then maybe it might be worth considering.
In the long run though I don't think it is worth the hassle, you will probably do another upgrade before your graphics card becomes the bottleneck in your system.

I can fix your sound problems, i have the same card. It REQUIRES the drivers for you to get sound, the XP ones do not work. The card is old.

go to Ludicrous Link and accept the statement, unblock the security blockers as prompted.

If the link dont work - go to www.creative.com - click on support (dont choose anything fromt he drop down menu) click on AutoUpdate link.

    This looks good.
Dual core AMD x2 should be coming down in price in a couple of weeks, I would wait.
However if you can't wait any longer, then go for it.
