There were loads of them! Actually, should I be worried about fripps/thunderbugs getting stuck in inaccessible places in my camera like they do with monitors?

Gerrard, there's no much light inside a camera to attract them, so I doubt it.

few years ago @ Duxford, thunderbugs everywhere.. few in the camera, mainly around the viewfinder, friend of mine had one behind the LCD screen...

You could try some un sharp mask in post-process, but as for the lens I don't know it so I'm not sure if there's anything you could do there. It's still pretty sharp so don't worry about it!

ok, what about now then im not sure what "un sharp mask" is but im sure its close to the sharpen tool i use,

thank you it was almost pitch black when i took that picture, The flower was all on its own and was just begging to be photographed! Now i've got an idea on sharpening, im going to apply it to more,

Sharpening won't help with a shot that doesn't have focus In the right place.. Next time take a torch to help focus..

He's saying that you need to have the focus in the right place otherwise the photo will be "un-recoverable"
Say if you focused on that purple flower in the background off to the left but you wanted the one you took a photo of, the photo would be pointless (there's only so much sharpening can fix).

Here's an extreme example..





If you wanted a photo of the Irn Bru can, it'd be utterly pointless focusing on the Fosters and vise versa, just because of the detail lost through the wrong focus.
