    RMA question

Hi i ordered a dual bay res and it appears faulty, sent an email to support last night but i would like to add that i want a refund as most RMA take longer than a week (not just you guys, in general) and i needed it like today really so im ordering off another site. Ive even been told its a manufacturing defect that xspc have and know about, it happens to a few of their bays out of the 1000s they make.

Couldnt find a way to update my OLQ request so thought best to post here?

    Thanks
