Another Delayed Order...

Personally I'd rather wait a few days and know that when it does get here, it's backed by good quality customer service than get it quickly by people who don't give a damn about the products they sell.

That said, hopefully my Wii gets here some time before Christmas

Ive had an order delayed today which i was expecting tomorrow...but this is the only one of 5 previous orders that have been held up. That isn't gonna stop me using scan. They have some of the best customer service around...how many other e-tailers do you know who constantly check and sort out problems over a forum within minutes?! Other etailers can almost always get it out to next day but charge you an arm and a leg for doing so. Giving hexus users free next day postage is extremely generous and even if it is delayed a day it is still pretty quick and free of course! Also scans prices are very competitive which is always good too! Cheers Scan!

I'd also like to add my voice to assure ChrisP that we appreciate what Scan is doing for us. I've had a couple of orders delayed by a day over the past month, but at least I know in advance whether the package will arrive tomorrow or not, simply by checking the order page. Many other companies I've dealt with in the past are very slow at updating their order status pages, in one case the order only showed as shipped after I'd received it!
