Not happy with DPD twice now they have failed to deliver to my address I don't even think they bother to try just drive pass and say you ain't in really annoying if you've taken a day off waiting for the to arrive.

Great when you get the text saying 9:05 to 10:05 then at 10:03 another email comes saying you wasn't in grrrr.

DPD provide a far better service than City Link ever did. Last 2 deliveries with DPD and Scan i have had email confirmation of date and hour slot for delivery. All City Link could do is fail to turn up then tell me at 6pm in the evening when i ring them up that they were to busy and that i should receive my parcel the next day.
