Hi,
Dabs have live chat that some times shows on their site but 99.9% of the time does not, after I had a rather unhelpful chat with them I cancelled my order.
I had ordered all the parts for my new system with them but due to issues with their order system, lack of replies to emails and unhelpful chat I cancelled and ordered the lot with Scan who should have been my first choice anyway.
I have one of these MOBO's on my order which will hopefully be part shipped today, the CPU I ordered is out of stock and maybe another 2 weeks away.
Shame on you for not choosing us first

Think I am being punished for this now with the delay on the CPU I ordered.
I did however write a great review of Scan after chatting to customer services the several times I have rang up.

Please wait while we find an agent to assist you...
You have been connected to Stella .
Stella : Good morning, how may we help you?
XMS: Hi, im looking to buy the Intel D975XBX motherboard you have on your site
XMS: But i need to know what revision the motherboard is, as older revisions dont support the processor im using
XMS: Here is a link to the product: https://www.dabs.com/productview.aspx?QuickLinx=42HZ
Stella : Unfortunately we cannot advise what the revision would be on this item.
Stella : We are sorry, but we are unable to assist with pre-sales advice queries.
XMS: What is your returns policy if this item is not the required revision?
XMS: And is there anybody i can speak to that would be able to find out the revision?
Stella : Unfortunately we cannot find out this information without breaking the seal on the box and looking inside, we would not do this. You cannot install an item and return it as we could not resell this as new.
XMS: The revision number is printed on the sticker on the outside of the box
Stella : Unfortunately not always, we cannot advise on the revision number.
XMS: Great service as always from dabs. I'm surprised u guys manage to stay in business with companies like scan.co.uk who actually give a crap about their customers
I must admit closing the window at that point
Any of the Conroe's tbh
I probably could pick up a board direct from Abit now that they have released em - but the passive cooling on those boards is awful. I'd rather have the Intel, and strap a fan to the NB Heatsink.
EDIT: Umm the post above this one just got deleted (i wasnt talking to myself - honest)

When are you getting more of these boards back in?

lol, guys just wait for some real conroe boards , fair enough the bad axe is an alrite board but the only reason why its getting all the attention is because right now its the only conroe board released..., once asus and DFI are let lose, is when i shall buy a board
i am going to wait. also you may find this link intresting, all you people jumping on the intel band wagon >> http://www.theinquirer.net/?article=32589
Well, there are quite a few people over at XS who already have the DFI/Asus boards and the Bad Axe has been holding its own quite well imo. Plus, the Intel boards are nothing short of 100% stable even when overclocked. Personally, I would prefer to have a stable system over squeezing every last Mhz out of my Conroe.
I run 304s on my Conroes/Kenty....
