Yeaahhhhhhh
300K points yesterday, highest for a long time I can see.
Sorry for my paltry 4k ppd, for what it's worth if I had 2 grand I would build 4 folding beasts and get 50k ppd but not an aoption im 'fraid

Well, three 500k units in a row, here's hoping they're here to stay
How come stats say I have only 77k points for oct

You had me panicking then. I've already done that file twice (I cocked up the first time, hence the delay updating!)
You're the most improved folder using just last month as a reference. I'm going to work out an average for each user and start measuring from that as well next month.
This time tomorrow, another team will be left in our wake, and we'll be up to 147th, and this time next week, we'll be up to 145th! bring it on!

Given I have 7000 points total and (afaik) have only folded in October I should be in there somewhere too....?
EDIT: http://folding.extremeoverclocking.c...hp?s=&u=532505 says I netted 6,124 point in October...
Tattysnuc (13-11-2010)
For anyone who isn't on Octobers list, it's because you haven't submitted a WU for the last few days (7 days?) i.e. you’ve been inactive, only active folders are listed.
Tattysnuc (13-11-2010)
Seems I just scraped one day of folding in October - should be quite a big improvement next month

Sorry to quote myself, but as I state just above the stats...
I have to extract each and every users stats by hand. That means for every user opening up the stats page, copying and pasting the users name into Excel, copying and pasting into Excel the current total, and then copying and pasting the users name in Excel, then move onto the next record.Figures are ONLY for current active users. Sorry Lowe, but I can't do this for everyone by hand, and the only way to shorten this to the relevant crowd is to eliminate those no longer contributing....
For teh 24 active users this takes me an hour to copy and paste the data, then I've got to pivot table, and then tidy up the data, and then paste it into the trhread. Total time taken for active users 1.5-2 hours.
I was seeing some funny numbers after doing this at the start of November, which I guess having thought about it is because I was doing this before several of the slower producers had submitted any work units. Id normally do the copying and pasting at the time of the last update, but this wasn't feasible this month due to not having a computer with Excel installed on it due to me killing my PC.
From next month I'll do the active list, then add on those users that contributed during that period.
Thanks for helping spot why the figs were out. I spent so long looking at them, and have compiled the list twice, late at night after doing a full day unit testing a very heavily modded copy of microsoft dynamics Nav. We're implementing next week, so life should return to normal very soon.

So how do you define active folders then? Because I was folding into the start of November, but still didn't appear on the list...?
Got my folding back on line. Had a few problems after a Fedora update, but seems OK now - apart from getting new work units. Seems to be a long delay, but if I shut the folding client down completely and then restart it, it seems to pick up the new work unit much faster.
And I'm still not sure if it is better to specify the number of cores for the SMP client, or just let it sort itself out.
