The test system and motherboard BIOS version are not known and 1866MHZ RAM was not used.

Is it expected to be sensitive to RAM speed?
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Seems to be pretty much what i expected to be honest. Its a bit of a shame its not more but it seems AMD have found a solid platform to progress from. For the money they are asking its pretty darned good though, looking forward to slapping one in my new PC.
This one isnt even built up with the PII X4 955 yet i bought as a temporary measure, may never even get there if the release turns out to be really soon. Saying that i bet the demand is high and the stock is low....

I still don't get why AMD did not have it higher?? That Anandtech article showed really decent gains:

There doesnt seem to be much of a variety of Ram with tight timings anymore. Things just seem to be CL9 as standard with the occational load of CL8.
Looking for an 8GB kit to replace my 4GB one and im not sure if i should hunt around for low timings at high speeds or just settle for CL8 at 1600MHz.
Do the timings really make that much difference anymore?
I just saw this:

2000MHZ DDR3 is supposedly being sent to reviewers.
I believe with all the intergrated memory controllers on die that lower cas speeds make almost no differance except in benchmarks and e-peen.
Core unlocking might be possible with FX processors it seems:

so AMD bulldozer is looking like less of a threat to apple by the day then? . Next week i upgrade depending if BD is out, would be nice to go AMD as they always have been my favourite lol! So guess October 12th is the key date to watch for relative performance figures .
I await with great enthusiasm
These look like official slides:

Edit!!
Here is a slide from the latest presentation:

Here is a similar slide from another presentation "leaked" a few weeks ago:

It looks like someone has changed around the labels in the older "leak" it seems!!
It also seems the Windows 8 scheduler improves performance in games:

The following are some more slides which look similar to the older presentation.
