Whoa, I'm glad there's no console servers to come under moderation under this attitude! I've had ratios of 8+ quite a few times and I would be pissed if I was kicked under false accusation.
That's actually one thing that I don't miss from PC gaming - cheaters and getting accused of cheating (ironically MW2 had a large dosage of that, poor game design or whatever).
Mind you though, the PS3 version gets so many random disconnects, I might as well consider it the same thing lol
You've had a kill/death ratio of 8?
Just had a great round 35 kills and 15 deaths. Which is a ratio of 2.33.

Getting fairly frustrated with this game now. Since the R8 servers have been released, lag and hit reg have become massive problems for me.
Its been slowly getting worse with every release to be fair.
Now I am lucky if I can complete a round (attack/defence) without having that crash where everyone just runs on the spot.
I heard that joining servers with lower numbers 24 players for example helps with the hit reg, I tried this last night and it seems to be right, but I only managed around 8 mins before I started running forever!
I find the multiplay servers are best for stability. They almost never lose my connection.
Having been a sole COD player since i gave up on 2142 its taken me a while to get back into BFBC2 so i have only just got my KDR back above 1:1. Should start to rise pretty steeply now though
I really miss the 'thanks' button from previous BF series game though, they need to bring it back!
I really miss togglecrouch! Holding the crouch key all the time is far from ergonomic.
I got dropped from a multiplay server last night unfortunately. It does seem very random though. I too miss the comms rose and a thanks buttonI find the multiplay servers are best for stability. They almost never lose my connection.
To those of you have connection issues. Try disabling uPnP on your router, sounds weird I know. But it has worked for a lot of people.

With the expected nerfing of the M60 (and I do agree it is way overpowered). I’ve started using the other classes, and quickly found my replacements. All of them being XM8 variants. Seriously awesome gun. My favourite one being XM8 Compact (others being the XM8 Project and LMG), simple because it is silenced and I can rape enemies from any direction within 10 feet and they haven’t got a clue until I am tea bagging them
Anyone noticed, that adding the red dot sight or the x4 sight seems to make your gun recoil a little more? Only mention this, because I’ve just unlocked red dot sight for the engineer class, and the sight is bouncing way more than normal. I may just stick to standard sights and load some other perk instead
